Return Process

  Ship to Japan

  Send the package to our warehouse in Japan using a trackable shipping service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
